The BayScribe license is offered in several ways:

1. As a 'Complete' System
   • Dictation, Transcription and Document Distribution, with optional Speech Recognition.
2. As a 'Dictation Only' System
   • Capture, Store and Present Voice -- only. There are no transcription forms. Speech Recognition is not available.
3. As a 'Transcription Only' System
   • No integrated capture, storage or presentation of voice. Speech Recognition is not available. 

BayScribe is offered as a monthly license plus usage:

• The base monthly charge, from just $495, includes the license, software upgrades and technical/user support
• There is a per minute charge for dictation
• There is a per line charge for transcription
• There is a per line charge for speech recognition

A 'line' is measured as an industry standard 65-character line of text.  When the system is used solely for dictation, the invoice reflects total minutes for the billing period rounded to the nearest tenth
(6-second increment).
