Question:        The BayScribe Player unexpectedly terminates in the middle of playing the dictation?
Suggestion:    > Re-open the Player 
                          > Go to SETTINGS > Disable/uncheck Maintain Pitch


Question:        You received a page with red text at the top explaining that 'the system is undergoing maintenance' and to 'hit the back button on your browser, and try again in 1 minute'
Suggestion:   > hit the BACK button one time, 
                         > REFRESH your web page (VIEW, REFRESH -- usually F5)
                         > Continue to REFRESH until you get the login page
