Upon completion of the report, BayScribe will automatically distribute the document via email, print and/or fax to any location/destination, as well as distribute electronic documents into your critical systems.
The Distribution Rules can be set based upon numerous variables including Work Type & Author, even patient location. The report can print upstairs or down the street without any direct user involvement.

BayScribe includes our own Interface Engine and uses no third party (read: extra expense!) software. This allows us to provide an interface to nearly every HIS/EMR, RIS/PACS, CRM, dictation, transcription or chart management system. Registration, order and dictation data are captured and automatically fused into the transcribed document. The process is seamless.
